Scuba Diver Course

The beginner PADI Scuba Diver course is a single-day certification that includes two scuba dives. The cost covers all of your rental gear and PADI certification fees. So if you don’t have time to commit to a multi-day course, this could fit your Maui vacation perfectly! We advise that you consider booking this course early to ensure availability on your preferred diving date.

Please consider that this course requires good physical health. You must be comfortable swimming in the ocean and answer No to every question on the medical statement.

Open Water Referral

Sign up for the popular PADI Open Water Referral course to complete four dives in two days. You need to provide referral documentation from your previous instructor before arriving in Maui. We also offer private certification courses.

Open Water Diver

Getting your PADI certification in Maui gets you four scuba dives in the warm Pacific Ocean. When you feel ready to get certified, let us set up your 2-day course. The unique Lahaina and Ka’anapali coastline allows for easy entry into the ocean and a very accessible coral reef ecosystem.

The PADI Open Water Diver course has three main parts: dive theory, skills practice, and training dives. You take quizzes for chapters one to four, and then a final exam for dive theory. Skills practice includes your confined water skills on the surface and underwater, and then your four open water dives. Remember, PADI Certifications remain valid for life, so your training gets conducted thoroughly by a professional.

Advanced Open Water Diver

Do you want to scuba dive to 100 feet in Ka’anapali? You can go for it after earning your PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification. You get to experience five dives, including, but not limited to electives like Deep, Photography, Navigation, Wreck, and Peak Performance Buoyancy.

Your five dives take place over 2 to 3 days, depending on your Maui vacation plans. You can contact us for more information about the Advanced course and how to apply completed dives as credit towards your PADI certification.

Rescue Diver

Divers over 12 years old can sign up for the PADI Rescue Diver course. This course teaches you how to manage ocean emergencies by building confidence in your scuba diving skills. Your dive instructor creates realistic emergency exercises to train you how to manage scuba diving-related injuries and illnesses. These scenarios culminate in two full-scale rescue exercises.
