Maui’s Most Popular Scuba Course
Maui’s most popular scuba certification course is designed for non-certified divers who have already completed PADI’s eLearning and all confined water skills. Please note that you must submit your referral documentation before starting this course. Your previous instructor can email the signed paperwork to us. If you have not completed the academic and confined water training sessions but want to get scuba certified in Maui, check out the PADI Open Water Diver course.
There are two ways to fulfill your academic portion of the PADI Open Water Referral Dives course. You can get an Open Water manual to learn academics with a PADI instructor or sign up online for PADI’s eLearning. The cost for eLearning is paid directly to PADI as an additional fee, but it allows you to complete your quizzes and the final exam before arriving in Maui.
This PADI Referral course gets you scuba diving in Maui for four training dives. As a certified diver, you can scuba dive with a buddy, independent of a professional, to a maximum depth of 60 feet. During your course in Lahaina, you make two daily dives at some of the best Maui diving sites. Then, you record details of each training dive in your new logbook.
Maui scuba diving conditions are excellent for earning your PADI certification. Shore diving in Lahaina offers easy access to the ocean. It provides an opportunity to encounter magnificent marine life, including fields of coral reefs, schools of fish, and turtle cleaning stations.
Your new PADI Open Water Diver certification will always be internationally recognized and valid for life! So get excited to become a certified diver in Maui, Hawaii! What comes next? When you get ready to dive deeper, the next step is the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver.
What to Expect for Your Referral Dives
