You should know what to expect from our booking service before you arrive. We facilitate a personalized shore diving experience for your group by setting up excellent scuba tours near all of the hotels and resorts in Lahaina and Ka’anapali. Each instructor specializes in offering scuba diving lessons, private and guided shore dives, and PADI certifications. We operate daily in sunny Lahaina, maintain small group sizes, and always advocate awareness for Hawaii’s delicate sea life in the Pacific Ocean. You can enjoy two shore dives at our favorite spots in sunny Lahaina and Kaanapali, scuba dive near turtles and sharks, and make it to lunch by 1.30 pm.

Full disclosure by our dive service of all relevant information ensures that your scuba dives in Maui go smoothly. Ultimately, we hope you have a great visit staying in Lahaina, Kaanapali, Kapalua, Kihei, or Wailea, however, we appreciate that sometimes things don’t go as planned. With this in mind, let us highlight our company policies to help you achieve the best Maui scuba diving experience.

Dive Service Policies

Cancellation Policy

Our Maui dive service operates a 48-hour cancellation policy. You receive a full refund when you cancel before this timeframe, but any cancellation made after 48 hours is not eligible for any refund.

PADI Course Refunds

Scuba diving students learning to dive must pay in full before beginning any PADI course. Once you begin, we cannot issue any refunds if you cannot complete the course requirements. However, in the event of illness or injury, don’t hesitate to contact us for options to delay or possibly reschedule your reservation. Your instructor can provide you with a PADI referral form if you cannot complete your course.

Price Guarantee

We reserve the right to change our prices. However, we guarantee that your quoted price will be locked in and not altered once you have booked and made a payment.

Swimming Requirements

You should feel comfortable and confident swimming in the ocean before signing up for the Beginner Dive, aka Introductory Dive or Discover Scuba Dive. However, swimming proficiency assessments are compulsory for anyone beginning a PADI course, such as Scuba DiverOpen Water Diver, and Open Water Referral Dives. PADI course participants need to complete a 10-minute float in the ocean, plus a 200-meter swim or 300-meter snorkel. Don’t worry, your swim and snorkel tests have no time limitations!

Proof of Certification

Beginners do not need to have a scuba certification to dive! Only certified divers are required to provide a diving certification. If you are certified, then your instructor needs to check your certification card and logbook before exploring Maui’s dive sites. If you have misplaced your cert card or logbook, please get in touch with us in advance to see if we can help.

Maui Dive Site Requests

Scuba dive in Maui with us for a perfect day of shore diving!

The famous beaches of Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Kapalua provide many opportunities to explore Maui underwater. Your instructor decides on each dive site according to your skill level and the forecasted Pacific Ocean conditions. As a result, the dive site you visit for any given day cannot be confirmed until the time of your scuba dive.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read our company policies. We look forward to setting you up with an expert instructor to scuba dive in Maui!
