So, whether you are a beginner or looking to take the next step in certification, get certified in Lahaina, Maui. You can book a variety of Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) courses, so get your scuba gear and go diving!

Getting Your PADI Certification

It’s easy to get your PADI certification in Maui. If you are at least ten years old, you can become a certified diver in 1 to 2 days by completing at least two scuba dives. We set up classes starting every day in small group sizes, and shore diving from the beach makes for an easy ocean entry and exit. We supply all of the equipment you need and pair you with a highly experienced instructor.

If you are already certified, you may want to upgrade your certification. You can get the lessons and dives you need to qualify while on your Maui vacation. You may opt for a group course or private lessons. Scuba diving takes place in some of the most beautiful areas in Maui, where beach dives make ideal locations for beginners and advanced divers because of the shallow entry and gradual drop-off. Some of the reefs start in just five feet of water!

If you already have your PADI Scuba Diver certification, you can upgrade to PADI Open Water Diver. We offer both group and private scuba diving lessons. You can become a PADI Open Water Diver by completing four training dives. Likewise, if you are already Open Water certified, you can upgrade to PADI Advanced Diver. An Advanced diver gets to complete five adventure dives, including the Deep and Navigation Dives.

The next scuba diving certification level is PADI Rescue Diver. To be a Rescue Diver you need to have obtained an emergency first responder (EFR) certificate within 24 months. You must also be at least 15 years old and already have an Advanced certification. The rescue course helps you to manage scuba diving-related emergencies and provide help when accidents happen.

PADI Referral Dives

If you are in the process of getting an open water certification through classes at home, you can utilize the universal scuba referral program. When you complete the confined water training at home, you can complete the rest of your course in Maui. Your training center can provide you with the appropriate information and documentation.

Open water dives are generally the final step to obtaining your first PADI card. Once you complete four dives with us, you will be a certified scuba diver. The referral dives program is one of the best ways to achieve your scuba certification while enjoying the warm blue ocean and coral reefs of Lahaina.
